These Terms of Service apply to your use of the Unveiled Living Collective publication, content, paid subscriptions, GotRoots? The Weekly Dig, live gatherings, downloadable resources, and other experiences we offer through Substack.

By subscribing, purchasing a paid membership, or using our content, you agree to these terms.

1. Free and Paid Content

Unveiled Living Collective offers both free and paid content.

Free subscribers may receive content such as Unfiltered Faith, Holy Habits, Unveiled Roots, devotional resources, worship content, testimonies, Called Forward, and other resources we choose to make available.

Paid subscribers receive access to additional content and experiences, including GotRoots? The Weekly Dig and other paid subscriber benefits described at the time of subscription.

Specific content, benefits, schedules, formats, and features may change as the Collective grows.

2. Paid Subscriptions and Renewal

Paid subscriptions are processed through Substack and may be offered on a monthly, annual, Founding Member, or other basis displayed at checkout.

Recurring subscriptions automatically renew according to the billing option you select unless you cancel before your next renewal.

You may cancel your paid subscription through your Substack account. When you cancel, you will generally retain access to the paid benefits you have already purchased through the end of your current billing period.

Pricing may change in the future, but changes will not be applied retroactively to payments already made.

3. Refunds

Subscription payments and refund requests are processed through Substack and are subject to Substack’s current refund policies and applicable law.

If you believe you were charged in error or have a problem with your subscription, please reach out. We want to handle concerns fairly and graciously.

4. Founding Memberships and Special Perks

Founding Members may occasionally receive special benefits, gifts, invitations, or other perks.

Any physical or limited-availability perk will be subject to the details provided with that particular offer. Perks may change over time and are not guaranteed to continue indefinitely unless specifically stated otherwise.

5. GotRoots? and Community Gatherings

GotRoots? is a faith-based discipleship community designed for Scripture study, reflection, prayer, conversation, and spiritual growth.

We want this to be a gracious and respectful space. Participation in live gatherings, discussions, comments, or other community experiences should reflect respect for other members.

We reserve the right to moderate or remove content and, when necessary, restrict participation when behavior is abusive, threatening, intentionally disruptive, unlawful, or harmful to the community.

6. Our Content

Unless otherwise stated, the writing, teaching, devotionals, study materials, videos, audio, graphics, downloadable resources, and other original material published by Unveiled Living Collective are protected intellectual property.

Your subscription gives you permission to enjoy these materials for your personal, non-commercial use.

Please do not reproduce, sell, distribute, upload, republish, record, share paid materials outside your household, or use our content to create another product, course, publication, or resource without written permission.

Sharing links to our public posts and brief quotations with appropriate credit is always welcome.

7. Spiritual and Educational Content

The content provided through Unveiled Living Collective is offered for Christian discipleship, encouragement, education, and spiritual growth.

Our content is not intended to replace individualized medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or other professional advice or care. When you need professional help in one of those areas, please seek guidance from an appropriately qualified professional.

8. Live Events and Recordings

Some online gatherings, interviews, worship experiences, teachings, or other events may be recorded and later made available to subscribers or used by Unveiled Living Collective.

When an event will be recorded, we will make reasonable efforts to let participants know. Please use discretion when sharing personal information in any live or recorded setting.

9. Availability of Content

We hope to provide consistent, valuable content, but we do not promise that every feature, resource, gathering, contributor, publication schedule, or type of content will remain available forever.

We may update, reorganize, pause, replace, or discontinue portions of the Collective as the ministry and community develop.

10. Third-Party Platforms and Links

Unveiled Living Collective is currently hosted through Substack, and some content may link to or use third-party services such as video, audio, payment, event, or resource platforms.

Your use of those services may also be governed by their own terms and privacy practices.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service when necessary to reflect changes in the Collective, our subscriptions, our services, or applicable requirements.

The current version will be posted on our publication. Continued use of the Collective after an update means you accept the revised terms.
