If I traded a stock away on the exchange floor, I wouldn't keep talking about that stock everyday at lunch. It's no longer mine, no longer my concern. When I trade my burdens and worries in exchange for God's yoke/burden, why would I even talk about those old worries afterwards? "I'm trading my sorrows...for the JOY of the Lord."
